Study On The Problems Of Low-carbon Economy In Rural China Under The Sustainable Development Strategy

With the accelerating process of industrialization and the increase of the worldgreenhouse gas emissions，the global climate becomes more and more warming than everwhich harms the human survival environment and effects human life and production directly.In response to global warming, the people world-widely develops "the low-carbon economy",the economy form which goal is "low emission, low consumption, low pollution" arises at thehistoric moment. In December2009, in the global climate summit held in China, thegovernment of China promises to cut the emissions by40%-45%in2020. To achieve thisgoal, our country also raised a hot wave of research and development of low carbon economy.However, due to the effect of the original urban and rural dual structure in China, thelow-carbon economy in urban areas of our country develop on a certain scale, but in the vastrural areas in our country, people seldom cognition to low carbon economy and dominated byhigh carbon production and living. This severely restricts the sustainable development ofChina’s economic and social reality, it also effects the goal of energy conservation andemissions reduction. As a rural population accounts for the population in our country, in fact,most of the country, the rural construction and development of low carbon economy is theindispensable important component of low carbon economy construction in our country, it notonly directly related to the agriculture, the rural economy of the sustainable development ofitself, and relationship with the sustainable development of our country economic society as awhole.
