With the development of our national economy,the increasing of carbonemissions, the environment is destroyed seriously day by day, our country has becomethe firstcountry of carbon emissions, energy is one of the key industries of carbonemission and environmental pollution, the development of electric power industrywith carbon basedenergy generation based, to bring great pressure on energyresources and environment in China the. Thus, we systematically study thecoordinated development of energy, economy and power industry environment inChina, to explore a low carbon economy back ground for electric power industry, theeconomy and the environment of our country sustainable development path, has thevital significance to the development of the theory of China’s electric power industrywith practical guidance.Research on electric power industry of our country economy and electric power,social economy and environment coordinated and sustainable development of lowcarbon economy based on the.First of all, the background and significance of this study, and the study ideas andmethods, innovation and deficiencies are analyzed, discussed and summarized thedomestic and foreign energy, economy and environment of electric power industry inour country, energy and electric energy demand forecasting method, the internal andexternal cost, sustainable development, structure optimization, emission rights thetransaction and other related literature review, analysis of the lack of current situationand development trend of the domestic and foreign research and the existing. At thesame time, the low carbon economy and sustainable development theory on the basisof energy, energy, economy and environment coordinated development theory and energy environment economy theory and other related theory definition and analysis.Analysis of China’s social and economic development and the situation of energyconsumption on the basis of this, China’s electric power industry and thecharacteristics of various types of power generation side power supply and powertransmission and distribution side of the development status and trends, find out thecontradiction between the coordinated development of energy, economy andenvironment of powerand the existing problems.Secondly, based on the issues raised, it is necessary to study on the energy,Economy and environment of power industry faces constraints is studied, analyzed toinvestigate the effect of the existing power of sustainable development of the power.Restriction and power energy consumption to the economic growth and theenvironment. Based on the analysis of the investment efficiency andeffectiveness of the nuclear powerindustry in China DEA model, the establishment ofelectric energy, economic and environmental coordinated development of effectiveevaluation index system, promote the optimization of energy structure in china.Finally, the development of sustainable development and low carbon economybased on the requirements, a detailed analysis of the electric power in our country thepowerchain of internal and external cost, compared with the developed countries thecost of power generation, power generation that our internal and external cost gap,and on the basis of power energy demand and emissions prediction and power the costof electric power in our country, puts forward the goal, direction of optimization ofenergy structureand content, the suggestion of optimizing the structure of China’s power, we should vigorously develop nuclear power, hydropower, by adjusting therole of the new energy,reducing carbon based energy power generation installedcapacity, reduce pollutantemissions, in order to guarantee the power optimization ofenergy structure, achieve the goal of electric energy economic and environmentalcoordination and sustainable development, the establishment of power and emissiontrading linkage mechanism and the coordination of energy and environment incentivepower price mechanism, to speed up China’s energy structure optimization from themarket and economy, the system, promote the sustainability of China’s electric powerindustry.In summary, this study not only reveals our country electric power and economy,environment coordination development mechanism, and evaluation of the economicanalysis and comparison of the power generation industry sustainable in the shorttermcarbon emission reduction policies and the power energy. According to theconclusions of this study can be analyzed, policy implications to the coordinateddevelopment of China’s economy, energy and environment: one is through the systemconstruction andtechnology to promote coordinated and sustainable development ofeconomy, environment and energy; two is through the power of energy demand andemissionsprediction modelsand power chain internal and external cost, speed up theoptimizationChina’s energy structure; three is theIncentive power price mechanism and the environment through the establishment ofelectricity power industry, speed up the establishment of generation rights and carbonemissions trading market linkage, reduce pollutant emissions, promote thecoordinated and sustainable development of China’selectric power, social economyand environment.
