The Study On Performance Evalution Of Supply Chain Collaboration

With the development of economic globalization, the market competition has increasingly fierce. The enterprise environment has changed greatly, the complexity and uncertainty of market has continually growing, the user needs level has increasingly improving, and the demand structure present various, the product life cycle become shorter and shorter.In this circumstances, the company must effectively integrated the internal and external resources, and make the whole system performance achieve the best on base of collaborating unit performance by collaboration.So the performance evaluation of supply chain collaboration become more and more important.This paper studied supply chain collaborative performance evaluation on the base of internal/external research results.This paper first to define and understand the concept of supply chain management, supply chain collaborative management and performance evaluation, and to introduce and analyse the theory related to them.Secondly, the paper combined the idea and principles about supply chain performance evaluation and according to the characteristics of supply chain collaboration, to set up the index system about performance evaluation of supply chain collaboration on base of balanced scorecard. At the same time, this paper also gives the methods and formula for every index.Then, in order to apply this index system to practice, this paper adopted analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to count the weight of each index to supply chain collaboration performance.This paper colleted the expert'opinion about performance evaluative index through questionnaires.Finally, combined concrete enterprise, this paper studied the established index system about performance evaluation of supply chain collaboration and analyzed the evaluative result. According to the evaluative results, it found the problems and proposed the methods: improve the collective level of enterprises in a supply chain; establish the perfect supply chain management system; pay attention to the market change, and then to improve the supply chain collaborative performance.
