With the fast expansion of Chinese auto consumption market and foreign automobile manufacturers’entrance to the Chinese market, automotive market environment is becoming more complex and dynamic, therefore, the development of automotive industry is facing new challenges. A series of problems have been emerging in the automobile manufacturing, including increased production with decreased profits, excessive inventories, high logistics and high management costs, lack of core technology. All these problems have been cast a significant influence on the competitiveness of China’s automobile manufacturing. To achieve rapid and steady development, China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises should study the challenges of international business integration, the global competition and challenges, industry trends and other external environment in order to achieve synergies and optimize the management of the automotive supply chain.This paper made the choice of analyzing the overall situation of China’s automobile industry based on the theory of value network, coordination theory and fuzzy hierarchy evaluation method. The problem is illustrated by finding out the influential factors both from external and internal and elaborating the main parts involved in the supply chain. Through building the automobile manufacturing supply chain synergistic effect evaluation system, the paper selects the typical corporate in the empirical study with multiple quantitative indicators. It builds the automobile supply chain collaborative management model to evaluate the effectiveness of coordination. As the automotive supply chain collaborative study develops, value stream is a new direction to be studied. The contents of this paper contain the main aspects as follows:firstly, it discusses the overall background of the automobile supply chain collaborative management, relevant papers on the automotive supply chain both from the domestic perspective and the foreign view. On the next chapter, the theories of value network theory and supply chain collaboration are described in order to elaborate the foundation for the following model. Then the paper discusses the current status and the existing problems of the automobile manufacturing in order to find the roots of the coordination symptom. Finally it builds the effective evaluation system for the automotive supply chain collaborative management performance.
