With the rising of China’s comprehensive national strength and internationalstatus rise ceaselessly, our country has been developing for AC/DC hybrid power gridwith the highest voltage grade, once the problem such as power grid security andstability, external force damage, is likely to cause blackouts, so the safety assessmentof power system has important theoretical significance and engineering practicalvalue. As the major activities and some international sporting events also chose citiesin China, how to ensure that large city during the period of guarantee the safeoperation of the system of power supply, is a difficult problem in front of the gridcompany.Now has been a lack of systematic safety evaluation of regional city power grid,and large-scale activities to protect the power supply work for grid securityrequirement is highly demanded, in the face of the growing scale of power grid andcomplex operation mode, how to ensure safe power supply work, need to carry out thesafety evaluation of power grids in advance, with the ability of risk assessment ofpower grid in the special period, thus fault range control at minimum, the fault controlin the shortest possible time.Power system security evaluation methods mainly include method, probabilitymethod and risk assessment method is determined. In this paper, based on the riskassessment method for power grid during Seventh National Peasants’ Sports, carefullyanalyses the present problems of the power grid and restricting factors, and to buildthe security defense system from the aspects of technology, management and so on, inorder to ensure NongYunHui protect the safe operation of the power supply system,and to respond effectively to the power grid of any accident may happen. At the sametime for other cities to carry out the large power supply activities provide reference.
