With the development of power system in recent years, the power grid in the area of Bayannaoer is continuously expanding. Main grid voltage rising; grid structure become more and more complex; Safe and stable operation is more and more important and accidents will cause more political influence and economic loss. So the problem of reliability is more and more important in this area. In operation of regional power grid, this situation is very common. When the peak load comes in summer some transmission lines and main transformers must work for several months without maintenance. The ability of system operation is limited and it will finally influence the reliability of power system. Therefore, speed up construction of power grid and improve the reliability standard of the grid have very important practical significance.By analysis power supply capability and reliability index, I find out the main problem.①The power grid network set up of 220kv is not meet the standards.②The grid of 110kv exist bottleneck problem. These problems are solved by use reliability engineering. In this paper, transmission line arrangement and influence of flow are detailed analysis. Final conclusion is by using these projects will help construction of a reasonable network structure and increase the reliability level. So this paper has good practical significance.
