Study On Control Of Risks In The Safe Operation Of Power Grid In Beijing Area

Power is the driving force for the development of national economy; it relates toproduction and work from all walks of life and lives of millions of people; and it relate to thesociety the harmony and the stability. In recent years, with the stride construction and rapidlydevelopment is becoming more and more, complicate external environment brings directinfluence to the operation security and reliability of the power grid.Based on the present situation of power grid operation management, this paper putforward the shortages and defects in the aspects of strengthening risk management and puttingmeasures of prevention and control for governments and enterprises; thoroughly analyzed fivekinds of risks–external environment, equipment facilities, operators, management system andmanagement style which the power gird operation may be faced; and adopted the risk matrixmethod to assess the risk grade for risk control points. Combined the evaluation conclusion,this paper further analyzed the risk’s harm and causes, and put forward the targeted planningsuggestions for risk prevention and control measures and the risk system construction in thenext step.I hope through this study and systematically reorganizing all kinds of current risks ofBeijing power grid operation, put forward suitable risk control measures for the capital powergrid operation, reduce the probability of risk, consolidate the basis of power security for thecapital’s economic deand social stability. This paper has certain reference and guidance for the power grid operationmanagement to carry out risk research and strengthen risk prevention and control.
