Under the grim situation of traditional fossil energy depleting and ecological environment deteriorating day by day, new energy development has become an important strategic choice to realize the safe and sustainable use of energy. At present, China has the largest installed capacity in the world with the new energy generation ranking first. However, the new energy power generation which concentrated in the "Three North" is restricted by regional absorptive ability and outward transmission, which leads to frequent brownouts and the serious shortage of power utilization hours. The contradiction between the power grid and new energy power generation is becoming more and more prominent.This paper researches on the coordinated development of regional power grid and new energy power in this background. For the technical contradiction between power grid and new energy power generation, this paper firstly analyze in depth the impact to the power grid caused by new energy connection to the grid in tenns of power quality, power grid peak shaving and safety control, which is based on the basic principle, main classification and system structure of wind power, solar photovoltaic power generation, biomass power, ocean energy, etc. Secondly, according to the state of the regional power grid and new energy power development, this paper build up a set of evaluation index system involving power generation, transmission and dispatch and the comprehensive evaluation method based on the entropy and improved TOPSIS. The evaluation results accord with the objective reality and has certain significance of reference and promotion. Thirdly, to balance the planning and development between the regional power grid and new energy power generation, the forecasting and planning research on regional grid and new energy was carried out. And-the gray prediction model and Markev prediction model were put forward, which were base on Fourier Series of residual error amendment and Markev error optimization respectively. In order to verify the validity of the model, we take the area M as an example. The area M was taken as an example to check the validity of the model. The prediction results show that the amount and proportion of consumption of the new energy will increase rapidly in the future. And the regional power grid planning ideas, principles and methods of the new energy generation demand were put forward, then, construct three power grid planning models, which concerns the generation of new energy.Combined with the above research results and contradiction of enterprise management system between the power grid enterprises and the new energy power generation, we put forward coordinated development strategy of the regional power grid and new energy power, and build a "three in one" coordinated development strategy system with the technology strategy as the basis, management strategy for security, policy strategy for the support.
