Since 2012,China's liquor industry has entered a slow recovery stage after 3 years of adjustment.GD province is the largest liquor market in the country.It occupies a very important position in the liquor industry.HL liquor company as a famous professional wine enterprises in GD Province,it has a strong production strength,but in a tough industry environment,in the face of two local competitors from HL liquor company hopes to motivate employees by the introduction of performance appraisal,improve work efficiency,so as to enhance the overall performance of the enterprise.However,the current performance assessment system has various problems that lead to its failure to play an effective role and can not achieve the desired purpose.In order to change this situation and I hope that through this paper western performance appraisal theory are elaborated and compared,on this basis,combined with the current situation of performance appraisal of HL liquor company,find out the existing problems and put forward the suggestions to perfect the performance evaluation really play a role,can eventually help HL liquor companies to improve business performance.First,I use the method of literature review according to the research direction of collect and read many about the performance management theories of information and literature,combined with Southwest Jiao Tong University MBA related courses,comprehensively elaborates the concept,the historical evolution of enterprise management,the role and significance of western developed country,the common methods of performance appraisal mainly the theory of performance appraisal including performance appraisal,and provide theoretical support for evaluation of the HL liquor company performance problems.Again,I am at the same time by using the method of questionnaire investigation in current situation assessment of the HL liquor company performance to find the HL liquor company is universal in the performance appraisal problem exist,such as lack of top management in the assessment,the lack of assessment before the propaganda and training,assessment procedures is not reasonable,the evaluation and the evaluation results can not reflect the actual lack of training application etc.,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,puts forward some suggestions to perfect the assessment by HL liquor company performance comparison method adopted,such as top management into the performance appraisal system;carry out the assessment before training;strengthen communication,increase interview link;establish a performance oriented enterprise culture;evaluation by anonymous and confidential policy;the application of performance assessment results increase employee training;the performance appraisal and compensation combination,and based on the Balanced Scorecard to construct HL liquor company evaluation system.
