In China, small and medium-sized private enterprises is an important force in the national economy, operation and development, plays an irreplaceable role in increasing employment, technological progress, social stability etc.. But at present small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of management is facing many problems, one of the important reasons is that SMEs do not form a scientific, reasonable, standard salary system, salary management system for enterprise employees to attract and lack of motivation, need to be further improved. Therefore, to design and establish a scientific, reasonable, practical and development strategy of the enterprise salary system is necessary to meet, for improving their management level, has important practical significance to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization.In this paper, the author analyzes the salary management situation of Inner Mongolia Ulanhot liquor Limited Company,, existing, summed up the salary management problems:salary management concept, salary management system is not perfect, the salary structure is too simple, lack of fair compensation, salary distribution elasticity is small the lack of incentive. According to the design of the compensation system of Inner Mongolia Ulanhot liquor Limited Company, the improvement scheme, determine the remuneration policy and enrich the salary structure, grading file on employee compensation, the establishment of a variety of communication channels, improve the relevant system of compensation management.
