With the development of Internet technology, the number of Internet users increased rapidly。Till2013, the number of global Internet user is more than700million; China has the second largest Internet user community with78million users. The growth of internet users provides a sound foundation for E-commerce, E-commerce is being developed as one of the world’s largest and fastest growing industries. Since2003, china experiences a sustaining and stable growth of e-commerce transactions.In2013, China’s e-commerce market transactions amounted to6.25trillion Yuan, up27%over the same period last year; Online transactions reached1.32trillion Yuan, up67.4%over the same period last year. Electronic commerce drives a rapid development of modern logistics and other related industries, it change the retail and service industries. It is a great power to transform the supply chain system and it is a new economy in China. As business competition intensifies, the logistics service level determines the e-commerce service quality and cost. Ecommerce companies build their own logistics system to cut cost and enhance the quality of service. Meanwhile, the logistics companies begun to expand their business to Ecommerce in order to expand their business and enhance their competitiveness。Ecommerce industry and logistics industry interpenetrate to each other.S company is one of the best of logistics enterprises in China. It has huge logistics resources and an established network.。On the background of the integration of two industries, S company established a wholly-owned subsidiary S Ecommerce company to enter Ecommerce industry in order to integrate the enterprise’s resources and cut the cost and develop the diversities。In order to avoid fierce market and enter low competition market together with own logistics business advantage, S company chooses to selling fresh food as its e-business strategy, which major in selling import and worldwide fresh food through online and offline sales. E-commerce in fresh food is a new industry; It is not yet mature and without successful cases to learn from. At the same time, the cold chain logistics in China is not perfect and different with the European and American fresh food consumption habits, so that the study on fresh food e-commerce is unique; At present, there is no research on this field at home and abroad.This paper combines theory and practice, consult a lot of literature and Business Review as refers to, and tries to analyze S Ecommerce Company operating situation and.
