The Influence Of Imported Goods Structure On Economic Growth Study

The national policy for the State Council in April,2012formally promulgated the "guidance" on strengthening the import and promote balanced development of foreign trade. The eighteen is more sharply pointed out that foreign trade policy should balance the import and the foreign capital, and further optimize the structure of imports. The recent "2014NPC and CPPCC" once again encourage the implementation of import policies and increase the import of domestic shortage of products.Import trade has internal structure as a whole, its characteristics is the structure of imports. The structure of imported commodities can roughly reflect the resources of other countries by a certain period of a country, reflects the quality of a country’s imports. If we do not analysis the structure of imported goods, the mechanism is obviously too general to promote import trade, then will cover its impact on the economic growth of the inner clear process, so we cannot explain how imports can promote economic growth.On the basis analysis of the above Chinese foreign trade policy background and import trade structure, this paper put forward the views whether the structure of goods has the effect on the economic, in which the goods contribution to economic growth is relatively large, how these goods present, what are the problems, how to use these function of commodity better. These series of problems needs analysis on the relationship between China’s import trade structure and economic growth in-depth, rationalize the structure of imports on the transmission mechanism of economic growth, and to use the structure of imports and promote economic growth provides the policy reference.This paper is divided into5chapters, the logical sequence as followsThe first chapter is a literature review of the imports structure. Firstly, the research status at home and abroad were summarized:foreign study on the different theoretical structure of imports to economic growth; domestic research summary according to the scholar’s research angle. Overall, the majority of scholars hold positive attitudes that economic growth can be promoted by import commodity structure, but needs certain conditions. A few scholars argue that the structure of imports has negative effect or no effect to economic growth. The second chapter analysis the mechanism of import commodity structure impact on economic growth. On the basis of theory to promote economic growth in the structure of imported goods on the promotion mechanism, induce and summarize the path of imports structure how to promote economic growth. The third chapter analysis the changes in the structure of imported goods. Firstly, according to the SITC classification of import commodity structure, the paper will present the situation of China’s import commodity structure in the last20years, and then make analysis to its reason of fluctuation. The fourth chapter is empirical analysis on the structure of import commodities. In this chapter, this article will give data to the abstract model and analysis of the empirical results, the data is selected during1993-2012. Then the paper will summarize the problem in the empirical analysis. The fifth chapter will propose the policy on the basis of the theoretical analysis, situation analysis and empirical analysis.As a point of entry, this paper try to explore the impact of imports structure on economic growth in Inner clear process. The main conclusions are as follows: the structure of imports on economic growth promoting mechanism is exist, but this mechanism is a prerequisite. the problems of Chinese import commodity structure can be solved by strengthening the import trade policy and optimize the structure of imports.This paper is completed based on absorbing and drawing on the research results of other scholars and made attempts in the following aspects:(1) for other scholars to promote economic growth in the structure of imported goods sporadic summarized, sorted out a relatively complete promotion mechanism.(2) introduce error correction model will be transformed into short-term, dynamic analysis of import commodity structure effects in the different stages of economic growth.
