A Study On Development Of Oversea Economic Trade And Cooperative Zone Of China-Based On Examples Of Zhejiang

Economic globalization has become a trend of economic development in the world now, direct investment to overseas in this evolutionary process plays an important role. As a new way of foreign direct investment with Chinese characteristics, the development of oversea trade and economic cooperation zones become a new bright spot in Chinese oversea investment which has aroused the concern of academics at home and abroad. Focus on the development of China’s oversea trade and economic cooperation zones, which can play in the full use of relevant supporting policies of the national government and give the advantages of groups to increase the effectiveness of FDI. Currently, this new model of FDI is still in early stages of development, it is the focal point of this study that analyzes how the cooperation zones work from the theoretical level, and makes some reasonable suggestions.By combing the relevant researches with the current situation of economic globalization and China’s offshore cooperation zone, this paper builds a suitable analytical framework to discover the internal mechanism for the rise of cooperation zones through digging theory and research deeply, Through the description of these cooperation zones in Zhejiang, we use the analytical framework to resolve Russia Ussuriysk Cooperation Zone and Thailand Rayong Cooperation Zone which are more successful than other zones. We explore the two cases to find the basic causes why the zones have developed rapidly and what the performance of the zones have brought, as well as the problems.In this paper, we base on case analysis to discover the zones promoted the Chinese industrial upgrading and China’s trade, transferred the production capacity to avoid trade barriers and drove Chinese economy. But cooperation zones still exist some problems and risks. Finally, this study propose some available and reasonable advices based on the previous analysis, such as the Government should focus on the depth of macro-control efforts and avoid excessive interference.
