Research On Sino-Indonesia Economic And Trade Cooperation Zone

As a unique form of China’s foreign direct investment, foreign trade and economic cooperation zones help Chinese enterprises to actively expand oversea markets, realize the effect of industry cluster and scale economy, effectively avoid investment risk and vary the ways of foreign investment and cooperation. The construction of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone is an important form of performing the strategy of ’going out’, it will become an important carrier and platform for Chinese enterprises to involve in overseas investment and cooperation.The Sino-Indonesian economic and trade cooperation zone is Guangxi’s first and only national foreign economic cooperation zone, which is obtained by Guangxi Nongken Refco Group Ltd in2007September. It is one of the19overseas economic and trade cooperation zones approved by the State Department of Commerce. It is not only an implementation of ’Going Out’strategy, but also a boost of the economic cooperation between China and Indonesia.Through the research on Sino-Indonesia economic and trade cooperation zone and the problem existed, this article will discuss advices, from the theoretical experience and practical analysis, in three levels of government, zone and enterprises. The purpose of this article is to provide instruction to better guide the Sino-Indonesia economic and trade cooperation zone, promote China’s enterprises’ foreign investment, expand the foreign market to better use domestic and foreign resources.
