Study On The Standization Of Xi'an Cigarettes Logistics Services In Integration Theory

With the development of the construction of cigarettes industry modern logistics system, the standardization of cigarettes logistics is playing a more and more important roles in development strategy of cigarettes business. As an important part in cigarettes industry logistics system,logistics standardization in cigarettes industry has drawn more concern and attention, related departments have also developed some logistics standards which are mostly based on technical standards,the research of logistics service standards on cigarettes is lacking. However, with the escalation of market competition and the promotion of customer requirements on logistics service standards, the construction and implementation of the standardization of cigarettes logistics is imminent.Based on the above background, this paper analyzes domestic and international standardization of logistics services, makes the Xi'an cigarettes logistics distribution cente as a research object, under the direction of integration theory,it deeply analyzes and researches the construction and implementation of standards system of Xi'an cigarettes logistics service.In this paper, based on the depth investigation in Xi'an cigarettes logistics distribution cente and collection of related documentation, first, it analyzes the logistics services standardization current situation of Xi'an cigarettes logistics distribution cente and summarizes the problems in the standardization process;Then following integrated logistics theory, it establishes integrated logistics service model of cigarettes and optimizes the entire process of cigarettes logistics,to form an interlocking chain of logistics and distribution services,achieving the integration of organizations, resources and capabilities of Xi'an cigarettes logistics distribution cente,and on this basis, building standards system of Xi'an cigarettes logistics service; Finally,it analyzes the affecting factors of the implementation of standardization of Xi'an cigarettes logistics service,then gives the implementation methods,procedures and countermeasures,to ensure the implementation and promotion of the standards system of Xi'an cigarettes logistics service and play a reference for cigarettes companies in researching logistics standardization.
