In the time of knowledge-based economy, enterprise development does not only depend on the amount of resource and increment of enterprise scale directly, but depend on the accumulation and application of knowledge and information. So there are more demands for talents in the knowledge economy time. The core competitiness of enterprise development is the possession of talents who own highly integrated knowledge and skill. Therefore, how to attract, develop, and retain talents is an important part of strategic development of enterprises. In the face of new environment and challenges, enterprises have higher requirements on human resource development. And training is the basic mode and one of core methods of human resource development. For enterprises, efficient training can enhance the working efficiency of staff, the cohesion of employees, and the market competitiveness of enterprises. For employees, training can promote the skill and knowledge to achieve the personal career planning. Although most of enterprises conduct training, but in real world lots of enterprises have not obtained desired effect and there are lots of problems in training. So, in this era and background condition, there are significances to research and design procedure and system of training management.In this paper a famous group called LJ company is the research and analysis object. This LJ company is a company of producing liquor called L liquor, which is a large private enterprise. There are more than7000staff in this company. Limited by district and industry, the staff of LJ company have lower overall quality, which can’t support the rapid development of LJ company. So the problem of quality of staff must be solved instantly. Although there are some training projects in LJ company in these years, the effect is not ideal, which mainly display as follows:low awareness of training of administrative staff, less strategic and demand analysis, random reining training plan, ignoring effect appraisal of training, lacking combination of training and demand, lacking security system of training, ignoring the training of staff attitude and management of LJ company, and so on. With the increasing development of the company, the scale is larger and the number of staff is increasing. The shortage and problem of training is rising. Talents become the bottleneck of the development of LJ company. So the company decides to enlarge the input of training. And the company sets up the training center under the human resource department to be in charge of the work of training and management. These demands and problems need LJ company to design the procedure of training management and system to solve the problems of training in LJ company. Therefore, this paper is aiming at designing the training system to solve the problems of LJ company.Considering the matter of fact of LJ company, the realization of theoretical knowledge of training and the practical work experience from the writer of this paper, the research object is the management flow and system designing of LJ company. The writer learns and grasps corresponding correlation theory of the field of training and masters cases of large group training such as Haier. And the writer combines the five-year work experience of human resource with interview of senior management to know the problem of training in LJ company. And the writer takes advantage of advanced theoretical knowledge and model to design the flow and system of training management of LJ company.This paper refers to the research work of training system from domestic and overseas research to analyze the problem of training, parse current situation of training and propose a more reasonable training management flow and system model, which is based on the training theory and training example of LJ company as the research object. This paper promotes the building of talent team, strengthens the personnel training, and improves the quality of staffs and performance of staff. There are six paragraphs in this paper. The first and second paragraphs introduce the background, significance, contents, methods of research.and the basic theory. The third paragraph is aiming at introducing solve the current situation of human resource and training of LJ company with analysis of existing problems. The forth paragraph is to design the training management flow of LJ company. The fifth paragraph is to design the training system of LJ company. The sixth paragraph is the brief explanation of research result of this paper.Through this research, the flow of training management and system is proposed to provide some reference opinions of practice of training management for LJ company.
