Study On Coupling Relationship Between New Urbanization And Intensive Construction Land Use

The connotation of new urbanization was described in detail in the eighteenthcommunist party of China. The report was pointed out the new urbanization is thelargest developing potential in China in the coming decades. At present, there is afierce discussion of new urbanization in the society, so the new urbanization hasbecome a hot topic. Along with the advancement of the new urbanization process inChina, it has become the unstoppable trend and takes place in certain urban spaceinevitably. In order to solve the bottleneck restriction between economic developmentand the shortage of the land resources, urban land intensive utilization is the inevitablerequirement of the new urbanization development. There is a natural couplingrelationship between the new urbanization system and urban land intensive system.Whether the two systems can develop harmoniously is concerned to realization ofmodernization goal in our country.The paper analyzes the coupling relationship between the urbanization and landintensive utilization, establish the new urbanization comprehensive evaluation indexsystem and intensive construction land use comprehensive evaluation index systemrespectively,construct a new coupling of new urbanization system and intensiveconstruction land use system,use the coupled coordination development model toevaluate the coupling coordination degree between the two systems, improve the levelof urbanization and urban land intensive utilization,provide the suggestion ofcoordinated development between the new urbanization system and urban landintensive utilization system. In the last, the conclusion of the paper is that since2002,the coupling coordination degree of the two subsystems of Guangdong province rising,varied from mild disorder to near imbalance, slowly to the low level coordination,then, in2011and2011reached the level of coordination state which the couplingcoordination of new urbanization system and intensive construction land use system ishigher and higher. Although these two subsystems coupling coordination is comingbetter and better, we should realize the two subsystems were in low couplingcoordination. The two systems did not achieve a high level of coupling coordinationtype and reached the system best.With the analysis of new urbanization development present situation and intensive construction land use status in Guangdong province and couplingcoordination between the new urbanization and intensive construction land use,weshould take some Suggestions to accelerate the development of new urbanizationlevel in Guangdong province and improve the level of intensive construction land use,and promote coupling coordination development between the new urbanization andintensive construction land use.
