The Study Of Developing Strategy For Xxx Group Company

This paper focus on the theme of enterprise development strategy uses the method of theory with practice eadopting the method of combining qualitative and quantitative deeply investigates the positioning, the development strategy security measures of the group company objectives, and the determination of management model,etc.This paper is divided into five parts.
