The development of media technology promotes the change of media form,andthe changes of media form and the propagation of the ecology. This part is the core of the article, mainlyfor the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters. The fifth part, the last part is to explore thedevelopment trend of mobile media advertising in the summary of the law and on thebasis of reason.
