Corporate Practice shows that the level of leadership for the development of enterprise managers and organizations, strategic decision-making and enterprise performance plays an important impact. Currently, in the context of Chinese enterprises to achieve a harmonious enterprise management is chasing a moving target, and harmonious management leadership business managers play an important role in achieving a harmonious enterprise management(XI You-Min, Wang Da-Gang,2006). So, how comprehensive harmonious management leadership reasonable assessment of business managers and business leaders accordingly enhance the harmonious management leadership is the current enterprises to improve business performance and competitiveness of the important choice. So far, for evaluating managers harmonious management leadership not more reasonable and scientific manner, relying on research papers aimed at the actual business, to build a more rational and scientific evaluation index system and model for the development of enterprises to provide tool.Papers in harmony Management Leadership enterprise managers assess the main line, through analysis and demonstration, to build a harmonious and management leadership evaluation system, and thus the introduction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a harmonious management leadership evaluation model.
