Research On Construction Of The Evaluation System Of Harmonious Transportation

With China's rapid economic development, traffic and transportationalso has an unprecedented development . However, the rapid development oftransport also brings many problems. Such as the growing traffic congestion,high traffic accidents rate, more and more obvious contradiction betweensupply and demand of urban traffic, staggering non-renewable energyconsumption, large exhaust emissions, serious environmental pollution andso on. These problems have influenced the sustainable development of thewhole society, and building a harmonious transportation is imperative.After a period of practice, How effective is the construction of aharmonious transportation, and harmonious development of the level oftraffic at what levels, all these quest ions are rel a ted to the matter ofevaluation, so Tharmonious transportation should s include evaluationsystem. At present, the reisless research on the eva luation of harmonioustransportation. The construction of harmonious transportation is lack ofdirection and standard assessment indicators; therefore , the research of thisthesi s has important theoretical and practical signi ficance.In this thesis , the evaluation of harmonious transportation system isstudied. Firstly, from the view of the research purpose and significance ofthe thesis, the domest ic and foreign research about the harmonioustransportation is analyzed, and presented that some problems still exist,which explained the s tudy on the evaluation of harmonious transportationhas further space.Based on the description of harmonious transportationtheory, the thesis analyzed the content of harmonious transportation . fromthe view of traffic fair , traffic law, traffic efficiency, traffic safety andtraffic environment, selected transport, urban traffic conditions, etc. 14specific evaluation indicators, building a harmonious traffic evaluat i onindex system, and to det e rmine the expert scoring as the indexquantification method. Then, the shortcomings of common evaluationmethods are analyzed. After the introduction of VIEMCE, AHP-VIEMCE is constructed, and the method for harmonious transportation evaluation isfixed. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility and practicality of research,the model is validated by made the empirically analysis by taking theexample of Changsha, and the result show Changsha's transportation isrelatively harmonious. Finally , some recommendations have been broughtup for the construction of Changsha's harmonious transportation .At present , there is less research about the eval uation index sys tem andevaluation methods. In this thesis, h a rmonious transportation evaluationindex system is designed, which not onl y improved the transportationsystem of the theory of harmonious transportation, but also provide a usefulreference and a basis for the overall planning of the harmonioustransportation and the formulation of policies.
