Study On Selection Of Real Estate Enterprises Electronic Commerce Model Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

Under the environment of e-commerce, the e-commerce has become the key to enterprise to maintain the competitive advantage in the market competition, while the selection of e-commerce model is the primary consideration when the enterprise launch the electronic commerce activity, so choose e-commerce model is crucial for the correct. Under the background of this, study on selection of electronic commerce mode is great of significance.In this paper, the domestic and international e-commerce, e-commerce model by using the method of literature review, basic research of real estate enterprises, e-commerce and other related theory, which provides a theoretical foundation for choosing the electronic commerce mode of real estate enterprises. Using the method of questionnaire investigation, Delphi analysis of the factors affecting e-commerce mode of real estate enterprises choose to study, and ultimately determine the electronic commerce mode of real estate enterprise selection and assessment indicators, Including market competition environment, the enterprise itself factors, efficiency, four categories as supporting environment and the corresponding13indicators, combined with the principle of index system established, construction of electronic commerce mode of real estate enterprises to choose the index system. Then, by using the analytic hierarchy process to the electronic commerce mode of real estate enterprise selection and construct an assessment model, set up the evaluation standard. By constructing the evaluation model, evaluation standard, in order to provide a reference basis for the real estate enterprises in the selection of electronic commerce model. Finally, Through Guangxi Poly Real Estate as an example for empirical research, verify the real estate enterprise electronic commerce model selection evaluation model is scientific and feasible.
