The rapid development of e-commerce as an emerging business model in the21st century, and currently has deeply penetrated into all aspects of ociety. As a key part of e-commerce-online trading, the safety of a direct impact on the entire e-commerce activities. To solve the above problem, this paper aims to establish a scientific evaluation system, a comprehensive evaluation of the security of online transactions in China’s e-commerce from the level of applied research.This paper first introduces the current development of China’s e-commerce, and a detailed analysis of China’s e-commerce security issues exist in online trading activities and its present situation of research ideas and the main content.And e-commerce online transaction process and its characteristics, to determine the main factors affecting the security of e-commerce online transactions. According to the requirements of the safety assessment model to build a comprehensive e-commerce online transaction safety evaluation index system, so that the important factors in the process of e-commerce online transactions to be reflected in the index system. On this basis, combined with the survey method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process, e-commerce online transaction safety assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, a website security of online transactions, use the above resume of the model example of comprehensive evaluation, the final result reflects the reality, and in accordance with the results of expert scoring of the site safety analysis of the factors, and tap itsthere is insufficient underlying causes, and on this basis, given the strategies and recommendations to resolve the site issues of security of online transactions.
