A Comparative Study Of The Coordinated Development Of Economic Growth And Environmental Construction Planning Cities

Since the1990s, a sharp increase in the global population, shortage of resources,the environment is heavily polluted, the face of this grim situation, people inpromoting economic development and also began to seriously think about how tosolve environmental problems. Planning cities as China’s economically developedcities, typical of resource-rich land and the ecological environment is relatively fragile.In recent years, with the rapid economic development, urban environmentconstruction to bring considerable pressure. Therefore, to take into account the growthand environmental quality of coastal cities, the coordinated development of theeconomy, we must deal with the relationship between economic growth and theenvironment, environmental protection and economic development overall planning,follow a sustainable development path.This article discusses the status of economic growth and environmental as wellas the coordinated development of today’s theoretical model, analyzes thedevelopment trend of planning cities economy and the environment. On the basis ofthe relevant data, the application of mathematical and statistical methods and relatedSPSS statistical software, with the status of economic and environmental developmentmodel and correlation analysis for planning cities and economic growth andenvironmental construction in Dalian coordinated development were systematicallyanalyzed. We established from2001to2010decade, cities with independent planningthe coordinated development of economy and environment models, and Dalian,economic growth and environmental development model system in2005and2010,and the level of economic and environmental development in Dalian by statistical dataanalysis, and give relevant suggestions.The main conclusions are: the planned level to municipalities economic andenvironmental development has been on an upward trend, but in2007, after arelatively large fluctuations, because the planning cities are in coastal areas affectedby the huge international economy. In the empirical analysis, the growth of per capitaGDP, and energy production of a typical positive. This shows that the country stillrelies Dalian, trade to develop their economies. Therefore, the key to thetransformation of economic development pattern and promote economic andenvironmental development in Dalian. Finally, the article proposed by optimizing the industrial structure, change the mode of economic development, strengthencooperation and development in Dalian and its nearby cities, raise public awareness,the introduction of green GDP and other measures to promote the coordinateddevelopment of Dalian’s economic growth and environmental construction.
