In the grim situation of the global financial crisis continues and globalization marketcompetition is fiercer than ever before, China cannot fundamentally change the internal situationthat China’s auto industry has been suffering for having no core technology of our own and usingthe scarce resources inefficiently, and the disorderly layout of our auto industry. To promote acampaign to maintain the development of China’s auto industry uninterruptedly, healthily andstably, the policy the National Auto Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan was launchedby the State Council. Among the realistic risk and system obstacles which appeared in theprocess of the merger and reorganization of the car industry, human resource integration willundoubtedly be the key element which determines success or failure of automotive industrymerger and reorganization. In this context, the paper chose the typical human resourceintegration case that the CNHTC took over and reorganized Yongan cars plant, which spreadacross geographic regions and the ownership, will undoubtedly have a strong theoreticalguidance and practical significance.This article uses related basic theory of mergers and reorganizations of enterprises toelaborate the macro and micro motivation and the following general and special questions of theHuman resources integration about the merger of the Yongan cars plant by the CNHTC. Throughpractical investigations, it pointed out The direction of the integration of human resources,targeted raised some human resource integration strategies, such as the organization and humanresource structure optimization, performance appraisal and compensation incentives, corporateculture cross-fusion and so on.There are five chapters in the article. Chapter1is the introduction, elaborating thebackground and significance of the thesis topics; Chapter2is the background and motivationanalysis of the merger and reorganization of CNHTC, showing the macro and micro motivationand the program of the merger and reorganization of CNHTC; Chapter3is the issues analysis ofintegration of human resource, elaborates the significance and problems of integration of humanresource through practical investigations; Chapter4shows the strategies of integration of humanresource, targeted raised some human resource integration strategies and formulated thesupporting measures; Chapter5is the conclusion and prospect.
