With the rapid development of the financial industry in China, the development of rural financial institutions is gradually expanding. However, the level of human resource management of rural credit cooperatives is still lagging behind the economic growth, particularly with the irrational human resources structure, issues of the shortage of highly qualified talents, the structure of age faults, the imbalance of knowledge structure are still emerging, which may restrain and produce an immeasurable negative impact on the further expansion of rural credit cooperatives. Therefore, positive strategic effect could engender by carrying out the research on the optimization of human resource structure design for the rural credit cooperatives.This paper firstly describes and explains the significance of the topic and the purpose, and further teases out the related theoretical basis by organizing and learning through the previous studies on the optimization of human resource structure; Secondly, deep analysis are taken for the status of the human resource structure of the rural credit cooperatives combing with the related theories, and problems in the employees of marketing, counter service, managers, and operators are found and diagnosed separately.On the basis of the existing analysis of rural credit cooperatives, analysis are taken for various sub-elements of the personnel quantitative in various types of structural elements by constructing fuzzy entropy model, and the optimized design ideas of rural credit cooperatives are formulated; finally, the optimized scheme is proposed according to the situation of rural credit cooperatives.This paper takes Changshuo Rural Credit Cooperative as the object to study, combining the quantitative research and qualitative analysis of the various sub-elements together, conducts the optimized design for the human resource structure as a whole, and carries out the feasibility of the optimization scheme. The research findings may provide help and reference for other units of the same type of human resource management practices.
