Study On Business Process Optimization Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

With the deepening of reform and opening, the rapid development of modern science and technology and complexity of external business environment, enterprises are facing more challenges. In order to respond to changes in the external environment,"blacksmith needs its own hardware", enterprises must strengthen and enhance their strength, which is the only way to be invincible. In the process of enhancing the strength of the enterprise, the business processes is like blood vessels throughout the entire course of business operations management, so the business process adjustments are inevitable. Theories of business processes is a lot, Business Process Reengineering theory emphasizes thoroughness and completeness,as Business Process Optimization theory emphasizes gradual approach using a mild adjustment.Based on this background, this paper combined with the actual business processes of Chinese enterprises, Business Process Optimization is more realistic, and the design of business processes is analysised and researched deeply. This paper summarizes a comprehensive analysis of Business Process Optimization, on the basis of the theory proposed, three-step method of Business Process Optimization design is proposed, first is choice of business processes which are optimized, followed is to optimize the design of business processes, at last is to evaluate process which is optimized with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Investigate satisfaction of Business Process Optimization, and summarize the effect of the optimization process. Using the PDCA cycle, optimize the redesign constantly. Material company uses three-step method of Business Process Optimization design, the conclusion is that this method is of operation. Business Process Optimization design of three-step method is the inheritance and development of conventional design process optimization research methods, and this method provides a new approach and ideas.
