Modern enterprise competition essence is the competition between human resources and compensation management is the core content of modern human resources management, compensation management is one of the most important means of enterprises motivate employees, different compensation management mode or method of payment will have different incentive effect. Reasonable and effective compensation management system can maximize stimulate staffs work enthusiasm and initiative, at the same time under the condition of an increasingly competitive environment to attract more good employees, keep the enterprise existing talents.With the deepening of the power system reform, the developing situation of power grid companies are also changing, SGCC has entered a new development model. The organization and post setting of Yushan power supply company also change with the new model. After the organization and position changing, how to manifest the value of jobs, realizes the staff salary income distribution and post value, personal contribution, to improve the overall enterprise management ability, realize the enterprise resources optimization allocation, establish scientific and effective salary management system is an effective solution.Based on Yushan power supply company compensation management system as the research object, analyzing compensation concept, function and the influence factors of the related theory of compensation management, through the methods of literature, investigation and analysis human resources structure status quo of Yushan power supply company and existing problems of compensation management, according to the process and principles of salary design, on the actual situation of the company’s development strategy and summarized the company compensation system design idea, design a new compensation(post performance salary mechanism), in all staff wage jobs pay point. Through the new pay system, strengthen the performance appraisal and the application in the distribution of employee compensation ability quality evaluation, implementation of dynamic management, compensation, around the development of the company strategic goals, motivation departments (units), employees continuously improve performance, so as to achieve the overall performance of ascension, to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees.
