In the actual management of the enterprise,how to effectively design and implement the compensation management and performance management system,and establish the incentive mechanism suitable for enterprises,has become a big problem for many enterprises.No matter in which enterprise,the core problem of human resource management is the problem of compensation management,for employees,there is nothing worth paying more attention than the allocation of compensation,there is no incentive to pay more than the role of them to stimulate the sense of responsibility and initiative.In this way,enterprises need to play a role in the management of the compensation system,make sure that employees play out their greatest potential,so as to achieve the business strategic objectives.Based on the theory of compensation management,this paper takes H company as an analysis and research object,through investigation,interview and mathematical statistics,the current situation of compensation management research on the compensation management of the enterprise,analysis the main problems of enterprise compensation management are: low salary level,the unreasonable salary structure,performance management not promote compensation management and so on.Through data inquiry,expert interviews and other methods to find out the reasons for the corresponding problem are:industry situation and enterprise factors,the backward compensation management idea,compensation management and performance management are out of line.In today's increasingly competitive environment,the managers of H company also realize that the current compensation management system cannot meet the needs of the employees and the long-term development of the company.Based on the present situation,this paper on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons,according to the survey data analysis,according to the logic way of thinking of the compensation management theory,use targeted research and analysis,puts forward the solutions and safeguards for the compensation management of H company.
