Financial strategy is the financial management activities in the new era under theconditions of objective requirement and discover a balance and effective andlong-term corporate cash flow and configuration, affecting the long-term planning ofthe corporate finance and business activities. In this paper, on the basis of the analysisEVA value chain theory, by evaluating CH enterprise financial strategy, from theperspective of enterprise value creation ability the paper analyzes the current situationof the enterprise value creation and the insufficiency, the CH enterprise financialstrategic environment factors, financial status quo of competitive advantage andlong-term profitability, and discusses the enterprise’s fund-raising, investment anddividend distribution situation, make CH enterprise to develop a more reasonablefinancial strategy model.This article adopts the method of combining literature research and case analysis,with CH enterprise as an example, analysis and research on the enterprise financialstrategy problem.
