Research On Corporate Finance And Enterprise Value Creation In The Context Of The Global Financial Crisis

Since the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis at 2007, subprime mortgage crisis evolved to being the financial crisis, spreading from the financial sector to the real economy and the United States to the world, and finally evolved into an international economic crisis. In the international economic crisis, a large number of corporations have bankrupted, large numbers of workers have lost their jobs and the value of enterprises suddenly has being evaporated. The international financial crisis brings to us what human beings or business lessons? This thesis is driving down the problem to find the answers. In the context of the financial crisis the paper researches this theories or practices of corporate finance and business value , combines with the theory of economics, managements and finances to analyze the reasons and mechanism of enterprise value lost under the influence of the causes,and puts forward the model for Chinese enterprises value creation.This thesis starts at researching the background and significance of domestic and international , status and innovation and so on for analyzing enterprise value and corporate finance concepts and theories, and analyses enterprise financial and business relationship between the value of its evaluation model, then analyses the reasons and mechanism of enterprise value lost under the influence of the causes,and finally analyses the actuality of Chinese enterprises value creation, which presented an example of China Geely Group enterprise to analyze value creation model. Through this study, we hope to help enterprises understand the value creation factors, and thus go out of the shadow of the financial crisis, and create more social value and wealth.
