With the rapid development of China’s economy, increasing inmigrant workers as well as efforts to enhance take advantage of regionalresource, appears separation between farmers and the land, forming aspecial group-landless peasants. Due to the low level of education in thispart of the population, lack of specialized skills, entrepreneurshipawareness and coupled with the government is low degree of attention,there has been an unstable source of income, low employment rate,re-employment difficult, old-age security and health insurance coverageand narrow phenomena. Thus, the employment problem of landlessfarmers’ income, social security issues have became important factorsaffecting social stability and economic development in the city, but onhow to solve the social problem of existence of landless peasants hasbecome an important research topic.Although the country’s urbanization in Ordos City has been start late,the development speed, into the fierce momentum. In nearly a decade ofdevelopment, in full swing, the level of urbanization and ruralreconstruction works has been improved. This article is mainly throughthe suburbs surrounding12villages Dalateqi landless villagers andvisited the survey questionnaire, several aspects of the living conditionsof the land from before and after, sources of income, consumer spending,employment, social security and other comparative analysis, pointed outthe main factors affecting the social life of landless peasants are landlesspeasants their overall employment difficulties caused by low quality,resulting in no stable source of income; this article is mainly through thesuburbs surrounding12villages Dalateqi landless villagers and visitedthe survey questionnaire, several aspects of the living conditions of the land from before and after, sources of income, consumer spending,employment, social security and other comparative analysis, pointed outthe main factors affecting the social life of landless peasants are landlesspeasants their overall employment difficulties caused by low quality,resulting in no stable source of income; As the peasants themselves havenot reasonably use land compensation, they only eat, drink now, soregardless of the long-term sustainable living; concern about thegovernment’s high enough and land-related laws and regulations are notperfect, imperfect, making the process transparent land acquisition, thevillagers asymmetric information, there have been many courtevent.Based on the above issue, the author puts forward somecountermeasures, landless farmers through training to learn to changefrom thinking of their knowledge and ideas to improve their overallquality; provide more employment opportunities and business conditions,raising the employment rate, expanding scope of employment;government can use the land for farmers and reasonable compensationprovided oversight and regulation, so that landless farmers fullyunderstand the significance of rational and efficient use of landcompensation, in order to make long-term future life plans.
