With the deepening of market economy, the competition betweenenterprises evolved from product economy technology, equipment and products such asthe physical form of the competition for human intelligence, knowledge and otherintangible form of competition, with special knowledge and skills to become animportant factor in enterprise master has advantages and determine the success of anenterprise. How to give full play to human capital to create economic value, become themost important content of modern enterprise management. And one of the mostimportant performance evaluation environment valued by more and more enterprises,become the core of enterprise human resources management.This paper first introduces the Q agricultural investment company profile and theimplementation of performance appraisal system, reveals some problems existing in thecurrent performance evaluation system. By analyzing the result of the company staffquestionnaire, has been clear about the Q agricultural investment company performanceappraisal main body of a single, imperfect performance evaluation system, performanceappraisal results using inadequate, and performance evaluation of four aspects, such asthe lack of feedback and communication problems, and analyzed the causes of theseproblems.For Q present problems of the agricultural investment company performanceappraisal, I to its original performance evaluation system is improved and perfected.Firstly introduces the preparation and design ideas, and then designed the middlemanagers and general staff progress review each department. Finally, for ensure thesmooth implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system, and alsointroduces the preparation, implementation process prior to implementation ofsupervision and control and the analysis and application of the assessment results.
