Research On The Improvement Of Training System For The City Hero Digital Co., Ltd.

Training system is an important part in a human resource management system.How to design a scientific training system in line with the actual situation of theenterprises themselves,it is a very important issue for the domestic enterprises,especially animation and game companies.In this thesis, the Hero City DigitalCompany’s existing training system is dissected and a new plan is designed,comprehensively discusses the important role of training in the management of thecompany’s business development.The first part of the article briefly on the background and significance arediscussed and cite various theories on training abroad.The second part introduces thedevelopment process of City Hero digital companies and carries out a detailedanalysis of old training system, pointing out its problems, such as lack of trainingrequirements analysis,imperfect teacher training, limited training content, safeguardmeasures not perfect.And analyzes the causes of these problems.The third part is onthe basis of the second part of the analysis and combined with the City of Heroesdigital company’s development strategy, determine the purpose of training andtraining principles.This section focuses on the company’s training system which hasbeen redesigned,establishes a scientific training requirements analysis for thecompany’s training system,improves the system of training organizations and thecompany’s training material, sets up a strong team of trainers,establishes a trainingevaluation subsystem and training information feedback system,improves thecompany’s training implementation strategy.The fourth part presents obstacles to theimplementation and the corresponding solutions of the improvement program of stafftraining system and describes the expected effects of the new training system.Through this study, the City Hero Digital Company is tailored a set of practicaltraining system and in the meantime,this study provides references and helps oftraining theory and practice of management for other domestic animation and gamecompanies.
