The Power Grid enterprises are typical knowledge intensive enterprises, and science progress and technology innovation are crucial to the safety and economic operation of power grids. With our country's economic growth switching from material and resources consumption industry to technology and innovation industry, our traditional industries are facing system upgrade and reforms. Under such circumstances, with the continuous rapid development of power demand, we have higher requirements for the safety, stableness, trustworthiness, diversity of services and customization of power supply. How to build up comprehensive and effective modern enterprises management systems inside the industry in order to improve management and profit is an imminent subject to be solved. Human Resources management system is the important component of modern enterprises management systems. Due to historical reasons, as far as the people qualities and talent structures in the Power Grid industry are concerned, we have quite a lot of problems to be solved. Therefore, investment in Human Resources plays a strategically important role in the development of Power Grid industry. And as a key execution of human resources investment, education and training of talents, the importance and imminence of which are becoming increasingly important.Based on the development track and current situations of the Education and Training work of Power Communication Section of the Guangdong Power Grid Company, this Paper analyze the existing problems and causes of the training systems of the Company; and based on the enterprise's actual and long-term development demands, and looking from the angle of reaching alignment of enterprise's and individual's objectives, the Paper explores the possible re-structuring and improvement direction of the Education and Training system of the enterprise. The Paper stipulates the overall objectives of re-structuring the Education and Training system of the enterprise, that is to build"Five systems and one mechanism"; execute talent driven enterprise development strategy; and focus on building high quality"Learning, innovative, knowledgeable and professional"team; develop state of the art consolidated Education and Training system. The Paper focuses on four areas, which are job responsibility and training need analysis, training map design, training material development, and training execution, together with building a comprehensive"Executive responsibility, three-sides linkage, closed loop management"Education and Training system evaluation mechanism, explores the specific strategies of the Education and Training System of the Power Communication section of Guangdong Grid Company. During the process of the development and execution of the Education and Training Systems of Power Communication section of Guangdong Grid Company, the Paper raises solutions for a series of problems existing in the management evaluation and performance evaluation mechanisms, which have been weaknesses in the Education and Training system. As to the areas of training material and course development, diversified training methods, and training evaluations, there are much room for improvements and need further exploration and execution and theory validation.
