Study On The Optimization Scheme For Team Construction Of Xin’an Sub-branch Of GSYH

With County economy playing a basic role in national economy, Henan Sub-branch of GSYH has gradually changed its development orientation and mode in recent years. In order to work out a set of methods and modes applicable to the whole province, elaboration and research are conducted on Xin’an Sub-branch encountering severe problems in this paper. Over recent years, Xin’an Sub-branch has been suffering development stagnancy and even decline in some businesses. To address the problems such as unsound system, extensive management, poor competitiveness, simple products and low service quality, several suggestions, such as about management strategy, business category, employee qualities, institutional constraint and product innovation, are presented to optimize Xin’an Sub-branch team according to the development status of county economy and the bank’s actual condition. This is intended to benefit the construction of Xin’an Sub-branch and then give full play to the support function of finance on the development of County economy. Firstly, in this paper, regardless of Xin’an Sub-branch team construction and performance incentives, focus is put on discussing how to optimize team construction of Xin’an Sub-branch. Secondly, the whole staff of Xin’an Sub-branch is adopted as the research object of team construction. Not only sub-branch manager but also frontline marketing personnel shall be involved in the assessment. Because of comprehensive assessment, the study will be not only conductive to implementing the optimized assessment methods of the whole staff, but also consistent with the characteristics of County’s economic development.
