Human resources as an important resource of the enterprise, is very important for the training of the staff for the enterprise. How to develop the effective training system, to make sure the training well carry out, also develop the new ability of the staff, to achieve the strategic objectives, is very important thing.For the RC company, after transform the strategy. The company has recognized the important of human resource, and set up the human resource development, take training measures to improve the staff ability, but the measures randomness, cannot carry out systemic, so the measure finally become a formality and cannot reach aim.Here based on the RC company strategic demand as the starting point, referring to the domestic and foreign related training management and other company management training experience, also consider the RC company staffs training needs and working situation, to design the training system of the company. The design of the training system, is based on the theory of ISO10015training management system, structure training system, and so on. For the training system:to analysis the situation and problem of the company, and based my training work experience and summary, base the analysis of the training documents and training investigate. For the training design, can divide into new staff training, staff training, manager training, which all design from three parts of training design, training implement, training evaluation. At last, about the support system for the RC company training, I have show my opinion, from enterprise culture, company system and so on, to make sure the training system can effective carry out. The date here be used, some from the internet and some from the company, and the part of the date from company has make some change.
