This paper is based on the theory of Industrial Park,through comparing the development mode of domestic and foreign typical automobileindustry park, summarized and put forward the basic analysis frame of Automobile IndustrialPark, and as a tool for the analysis of the status and problems of the automobile industry parkin China, finally proposes suggestions to optimize the body, our country automobile industryspace the layout and aggregation ability, promote the overall promotion of industrialinternational competitiveness.This paper takes Yudong Auto Industrial Park as an example, the analysis of regionaleconomic and social environment, analysis of automobile development status anddevelopment trend of Chongqing city and Banan Industrial Zone, refines the Yudongautomobile industry advantages, then Yudong automobile industry park how to grasp thepolicy opportunity, promote the automobile industry transformation and upgrading strategyanalysis and research to promote the development of industry, and further study and analysisof the Yudong auto industrial park construction present situation, land use, industrial layoutand management scheme.
