Logistics Nodes Layout Optimization In Automobile Manufacturing Industrial Park Based On Supply Chain

ABSTRACT:Recent years witness a rapid growth of China’s automobile industry park. As parks expand, problems such as land scarcity, scattered layout of logistics nodes, waste of logistics infrastructure resources and high logistics cost are gradually revealed due to the lack of attention to logistics planning. Based on the problem of irrational logistics nodes layout in automobile industrial park, the paper conducted the following research.Firstly, the paper analyzes the supply chain with vehicle manufacturers as centre in the park to identify the logistics needs. Then integrate and optimize the logistic nodes of the supply chain by building logistics nodes integration model in order to formulate the preliminary solution of logistics nodes layout with intensive use of resources and minimum logistic cost.Secondly, build factor index system from the perspective of economy, feasibility, and sustainability. Together with AHP and fuzzy clustering analysis, define logistics nodes layout adjustment and optimization method to optimize the preliminary solution.Finally, get the optimal solution of logistics nodes layout and verify the solution by comparing land use and logistics cost. The results of the study in the paper are of referential significance.
