| Circular economy is an economic development pattern based on the recycle of materials. It refers to the repeatedly circular process of resource, product, regenerated resource, and regenerated product. It aims at maximal economic and social benefits, with minimum resource consumption and at the least cost of environment, reducing the effect of economic activities on environment to the least degree.The thesis studies the development pattern of Hunan Zhuzhou Qingshuitang Circular Economy Industrial Park. It first introduces the background, purpose, significance, and structure of the thesis, and then makes a survey of the research on circular economy, focusing on its development trend and the common development pattern home and abroad.Its definition, connotation, principle, and characteristics are also discussed. The thesis then introduces the theories related to ecological industrial park, and the current situation of the ecological industrial park. It points out the advantages and the disadvantages of Qingshuitang Industrial Park which is developing its circular economy.The thesis designes Qingshuitang Industrial Park's circular economy development pattern:the minor-cycle of corporate, the meta-cycle of the industrial chain, and the macro-cycle of the eco-industial park. Finally, the thesis proposes the necessicity of establishing the guarantee system for circular economy, including the organizational leadership, institutional commitment, technology innovation, and environmental security.The thesis's study will make contribution to the development of Qingshuitang Industrial Park's circular economy. It is also in accordance with the requirement of the sustainable development. |
