With the rapid development of biotechnology, a boom of building the biomedical industry base in China which is on the basis of the original high-tech development zone construction has emerged in recent years. G biomedical industry park is one of the22national biological industries. Because it is on the construction, the project has lots of disadvantages not only in the rationality of the industry layout, economies of scale but the independent innovation ability. According to China’s national conditions and regional characteristics, the study on G future development model has important theoretical and practical significance. The study not only plays an important role in promoting other industries in Beijing but in the entire country in the bio-pharmaceutical industry development as a model driven and diffusion factor.The object of the study is the G biomedical industry park project, which is from a project management perspective to study the future development model of the park. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development status of the domestic and foreign biomedical industry park, and the paper studies some successful biomedical industry park development model either. Then combined with the G development status, the existed problems are analyzed which is by the SWOT analysis. The direction of its development is determined by the impact of its internal and external environment of the park as well as by the location of the development of the industrial park project.Learning from successful bio-pharmaceutical industry experience in the development of the park’s foundation, this paper takes advantage of the industrial cluster theory, growth pole theory and the theory of sustainable development to design the R&D model of the project, the industry financing mode, the logistics and trade patterns, as well as the park’s management mode from the industrial clusters, the economies of scale perspective, and then determines the direction of the development of the biomedical industry park project G, and proposes some concerned measures and suggestions on the design of the development mode. |
