Electric power is the important basic industry to the national economy development and its development is related to the national economy development and people’s living standard. Talented person,as the basis of industry, which has rich knowledge and skills is the very important to ensure the normal operation and development of power industry. It is very import to how to evaluate the talented person and motivate their enthusiasm and innovativeness and how to let them share their knowledge and skills with others. Performance evaluation and knowledge management are must combined to reach the aim.Performance evaluation is the important part of knowledge management,and knowledge management is not similar to corporeal capital management but focus on the corporate knowledge.but corporate management has no unified standard on the management of explicit Knowledge and tacit knowledge and it is difficult to manage them effectively. So it is important to explore and establish a suitable enterprise evaluation system to meet the Increasing competitive environment.Though Performance evaluation and knowledge management are the hot topic at present, it is rare to combine the two topics to study. This paper analyzes the current research status of Performance evaluation and knowledge management at home and abroad and summarize some problems of exiting studies to draw the conclusion which combining the Performance evaluation and knowledge management. Finally, this paper put the research into Henan Tianyu power electric engineering company to find some problems in performance evaluatioin and puts the the integration model of performance evaluation and knowledge management into the220kv power transmission and transformation project of Yongbei to be the feasibility analysis. Through the application of this theory, author find out the theory’s deficiency, and put forward reasonable suggestions for theory further improved. |
