Post Evaluation Of Power Transmission Construction Project In Hohhot Eastern Suburbs

Grid construction project post evaluation is a system evaluation and analysis of technical and economic activity to the whole process after the project completed and running for a certain time, which includes project decision, design, construction, completion acceptance and manufacturing and operations. According to project post evaluation, we can measure and analysis whether construction project compliances with the requirements of the construction process, whether it products the desired economic and social benefits, and whether it has a negative impact on the environment. Grid construction project post evaluation can summarize the experience in the whole construction process comprehensively, provide useful reference and guidance to the level of decision making & management for grid construction project, promote the power grid enterprises to better fulfill the investor's responsibility and improve investment decision-making, management level and investment returns.This paper start from the theories and methods of grid construction project post evaluation, reference to"central business fixed assets investment project post evaluation guide"and"state grid corporation fixed assets investment project post evaluation rules(trial)", combine with my post evaluation experience, make a empirical analysis to the 220kV transmission construction project in Hohhot eastern suburbs. The main content have five parts, including preparatory work post evaluation, project construction post evaluation, production and running post evaluation, financial post evaluation and project effect post evaluation, then make the comprehensive evaluation and provides improvement suggestions based on this. On the one hand, this paper is a summarize to the practical experience of HT 220kV transmission construction project, so to improve the level of Inner Mongolia grid construction project management; on the other, this paper provides a application example of post evaluation theory in grid construction project, so has a good reference meaning for the same type construction projects.
