In recent years, the rapid development of network marketing in China, but in the network marketing of agricultural products is lagging behind, especially the Heilongjiang Province agricultural product network marketing’s effect is not ideal. One of the important reasons is the lack of systematic research on agriculture related enterprises and individual households to the network marketing this special marketing mode. The majority of Internet enterprise will put the the name of the enterprise, the name, address, phone simply hanging on the Internet,, not according to the enterprise’s own situation to carry out a real network marketing. In order to effectively integrate into network marketing and traditional marketing way, and it will be integrated into the whole marketing system of agriculture related enterprises, prevented the sale, supplied disconnection and the low efficiency phenomenon.Heilongjiang province is a big agricultural province, which has a rich resource of agricultural products, but the poor circulation of agricultural products is an important factor to hinder the Heilongjiang province agriculture and rural economy, increasing farmers’ income and the healthy development of rural stability. So developing agricultural economy in Heilongjiang province, finally also will sell this link as a priority among priorities. Heilongjiang Province agricultural products as the electronic commerce network marketing application in agriculture, agricultural products expand sales channels, and improve the circulation of agricultural products markets, which has important significance. However, because of agricultural product network marketing development in Heilongjiang province is not long, also face the network environment is not perfect, the logistics system is not perfect, no guarantee of safety problems and a series of problems in the development process, to a certain extent affected the further development of network marketing of agricultural products, to give full play to the unique advantaged potential of network marketing.
