And base on the elements, to discuss how to realize the knowledge management, also based on the character of this electricity company, trying to propose some primary ideas and rules about the organizations. Then, is trying to combined with social networks technology of SNS, giving some ideas about functional architecture prototype of the third generation of knowledge management system, the center is focused knowledge community, mapping knowledge, knowledge cube, knowledge push, and discussing it’s core functions.
