The essence of internal consolidation is to regroup existing resources to enhancethe efficiency of resource use. Good internal consolidation contains at least successfulintegration of strategic integration of industry chain and product integration, theintegration of business policy and business direction, as well as supporting the systemintegration, personnel integration, cultural integration, and stakeholder integration.Sichuan agricultural group, for example, the process and problems of enterpriseintegration research within the enterprise group, proposed solutions and related issues.We analyze the situation of the Sichuan agricultural groups and three integratedenterprise, to a deep understanding of the basic background of enterprise integration.Then we have asked the original integration solutions manifested such confusingorganizational structure, corporate culture and incomplete integration of humanresources, lack of reasonable incentives drawbacks. Finally, the integration problemsattributed to the internal problems of coordination and business competitiveness issues,and propose appropriate solutions for these problems, and the suggestions include:improving the organization structure and improve the management efficiency;establishing intact supply chain and reduce the logistics cost; strengthening theintegration of the culture and human resources to deepen the cohesive force in theenterprise; refining the division of the department and avoiding the monogenesiscompetitions; building the performance appraisal and building inner competitionatmosphere.
