Research On The Problems And Solutions Of Risk Management Internal Audit In Commercial Bank

Commercial Banks are special enterprises which are different from general industrial and commercial enterprises.To commercial banks,risk management is especially important;it is the key of competing with other competitors.As a result,Risk management auditing,which could help commercial banks perfect their management,has become a pretty hot topic these days.This paper first defines the theory about risk management internal audit,laying the theoretical foundation for following research.Then,it studies the practical cases of commercial banks,uses icons to show the current status,problems and reasons for the problems of the current development of risk management internal audit in Construction Banks.Meanwhile,it also offers some specific suggestions,merging the knowledge of economics,auditing and management.In the fifth chapter,I use the example of China Construction Bank,analyzing its problems in risk management auditing to verify the argument before.Besides,I also give some suggestions standing in the point of an auditor.As I see,risk management auditing to commercial banks is like skin to human,it is the basic defensive measure to protect the centre part form danger.If this defensive measure is not strong enough,commercial banks would be exposed to great danger.And risk management auditing is the most suitable way to avoid this possibility.Risk management is meaningful to every class of the commercial banks,especially for management level,which is responsible for manage the company.This paper mainly talks about the auditing of risk management,hoping it could inspire the management level in the banks to advance its risk management.
