The Selection And Development Research On The Leading Industry Of Farmers Pioneer Park In Pinghe

Farmer Pioneer Parks of Pinghe are the provincial farmer pioneer parks.Selecting the right agriculture leading industries for the parks is good to coordinate the development of the related industries in the parks and they also make good use of local unique resource advantage.Finally, it is beneficial to rationalization of the industrial structure in the parks.It has significant implications to solve the existing problems and be conducive to the future agricultural development and the development of county economy.This study through using the method of literature to investigate deeply the present status and the problems of the Farmer Pioneer Parks of Pinghe, and the orientation of agriculture leading industries which belong to farmer Pioneer Parks in Pinghe are analyzed qualitatively.Through measuring the industry growth relationship,energy output growth rate,the proportion of industry output,location quotient,investment productivity,the increasing rate of industrial output value, the increasing rate of industry per unit area and some indicators,being based on the six norms which include the industry relationship norm,industry absolute advantage norm,industry comparison advantage norm,market efficiency norm, technology advancement norm and sustainable norm and using factor analysis method to make an objective choice for the orientation of agriculture leading industries which belong to farmer Pioneer Parks in Pinghe. Combining qualitative and quantity analysis,the author put forward an advice that the sweet pomelo industry is the orientation of agriculture leading industries as the farmer Pioneer Parks in Pinghe.Then the author made suggestions that in order to develop the orientation of agriculture leading industries which belong to farmer Pioneer Parks in Pinghe,we must speed up the development of the sweet pomelo industries,strengthen the management technology innovation, develop the deep processing of agricultural industry,attaches great importance to the agricultural products brand development and opening up the online markets,promote the investment and financing policy of the orientation of agriculture leading industries and strengthen the radiation and demonstration effects of the orientation of agriculture leading industries.
