The Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Carrying Capacity And The Pressure In Spatial Pattern On The County Of Fujian Province

Cultivated land is a key to land resources in Fujian Province. Backing by the mountains and facing the sea, Fujian consists of hills, mountains and limited cultivated land resources. While the city develops rapidly, it demands more and more construction land. The contradiction between cultivated land and construction land becomes more and more outstanding. The high pressure by protecting cultivated land has become the objective reality and the trend of economic and social development. Basic by the Ministry of land and resources tasks and requirements of the overall design research, on the west side of the Straits of2011-2013resources and environmental carrying capacity evaluation and division, which refers to the "West side planning". The research takes cultivated land as the main object, makes full use of the "Fujian provincial agricultural land classification and production capacity"(FDGC),"The overall planning of land use from2005to2020"(ZG) and "The second national land use investigation"(ED), combines with in-depth investigation, data collection, data processing and mining. And then use some software like ArcGIS to calculate the characterization parameters of cultivated land resource carrying capacity and the press index of cultivated land, and to plot the maps, which express the space. So that the carrying capacity and the pressure characteristics of subject investigation can be reveled. The main conclusion:(1)Cultivated land carrying capacity larger area mainly concentrated in the northwestern and Eastern hilly mountain area, namely the inland mountainous; over load carrying capacity of cultivated land area basically concentrated in the middle of Daiyun mountain area and the eastern coastal areas; cultivated land pressure in unsaturated region mainly in hilly and mountain areas in Northwest; cultivated land pressure overload of the main distribution area in the middle of the hilly areas and the eastern coastal areas.(2)On cultivated land carrying capacity index and the pressure index of cultivated land of the linear model, exponential model and logarithmic model for curve fitting analysis, the smaller the correlation between land obtained carrying capacity index and the pressure index of cultivated land.(3)By overlaying the actual carrying capacity of cultivated land and the well-off pressure of cultivated land, land obtained greater capacity and cultivated land pressure smaller areas are mainly distributed in Hilly and mountain areas in Northwest; the carrying capacity of cultivated land and cultivated land pressure smaller areas are mainly distributed in the eastern coastal area; the carrying capacity of cultivated land and cultivated land pressure is large area mainly distributed in the northwestern and central hilly mountain area; land carrying capacity is small and cultivated land pressure also smaller areas are mainly distributed in the middle of Daiyun mountain area.(4)By strengthening the construction of high standard basic cultivated land, improve the cultivated land quality, increase the planting area of grain crops, increase multiple cropping index of cultivated land can alleviate the pressure to a certain extent, improve the carrying capacity of cultivated land.(5)Through the promotion of "hill sea cooperation" to promote the construction of Industrial Park in mountainous and coastal areas, to strengthen the relationship between the mountain and coastal areas of food, can improve the coastal areas of cultivated land to a certain extent, carrying capacity, reduce the pressure of cultivated land in coastal areas, and promote the development of mountain city.
