Research On The Cultivated Land Protection In Cheng County Based On Food Safety，Economy Development And Ecology Security

This study first analyzes the status quo of cultivated land use in Cheng countyand summarizes the main problems in the use of cultivated land; then analyzes thepressure index on cultivated land, and the results shows the protection of farmland isgrim and need to take effective measures to protect cultivated land resources;subsequently, forecasts the cultivated land of Cheng county based on food safety，economy development and ecology security and made cultivated land and basicfarmland protection program. Through research the paper made results as follows:First,this paper is based on its social background.The objective and significanceof protection of cultivated land was put forward in order to ensure food supply andsafety,achieve a rapid economic growth,and maintain sustained social and ecologicaldevelopment.Ideas,methods and technical course on protection of cultivated land waselaborated,and connotation and theory on protection of cultivated land was studied indepth.Thesis have analyzed the status quo of cultivated land of Cheng County,thetemporal and spatial change of cultivated land was analyzed through qualitativeanalysisand quantitative analysis and correspond math model,and the main questionsin cultivated land using were expounded.By means of food security objectives, the economic development goals andecological protection goals of cultivated land demand forecasting,the paper comeoutsfour recommended programs, that is, arable land intensive type of economic utility,ecological priority and integrated coordination type. After analysis, and ultimately todetermine the recommended program of comprehensive coordination of type-basedresearch results show that the2015harvest County, the total de mand of the arableland37523hm2,2020years farmland demand36179hm2.Eleven counter measures and steps of cultivated land protection were putforward according to the actual circumstances and the question on cultivated landprotection in Cheng County.
